We were Canadians purchasing a condo in Longboat Key. Michael was not only kind, honest and friendly but very knowledgeable about the area. We bought the first condo we saw. Since the initial offer and prior to closing, Michael filled in the gaps as to what we needed to do to organize the purchase from Canada and not only acted as a liason but guided us in the right direction for a lawyer and insurance agent. His ability to help co-ordinate the smallest of details helped us close the purchase without returning to Florida prior to closing. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
