Originally Rob was taking care of us, looking for an apartment on Longboat Key. When he, unfortunately, fell ill, Michael took over. We had a lot of interaction because of two prospects not going the right way. As a matter of fact, on one we had already a contract signed between the seller and us. Still, the seller wanted to have a way out and used the Coronavirus as an excuse. It was a great place. We were told, that if we insisted, we would have to go to arbitration and later could go through the court system. Who wants that? So we agreed to let it go. The seller released our deposit and paid some of our expenses in conjunction with this matter. All along Michael was there. Assisting with advise and suggestions. Soon thereafter a new prospect came on the market. An even better, larger place in an outstanding building. Michael was there all the way! From arranging the initial viewing to the contract signing, the walkthrough, and closing. We could not be happier with Rob and Michael!!!!
